6. Appointments, Fees & Cancellations

  • Fees are outlined at the time of booking and must be paid as agreed

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will incur 100% of the session fee

  • Payment for late cancellations or missed appointments is required before booking any future appointments

  • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where appropriate

7. Herbal and Nutritional Products
Where products are recommended or supplied:

  • They are intended to support wellbeing, not diagnose, treat, or cure disease

  • You are responsible for disclosing allergies, medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions
